We’re Erich & Kallman and we make work that people love… no seriously, ask Ad Age. Recently named one of Ad Age’s 2025 A-list standout agencies and Ad Age’s 2024 National Small Agency of the Year, we attribute our success to our size, delivering fast and effective ideas. With offices in San Francisco and Austin, we’re creating campaigns for brands such as Toyota, Amazon, Hershey, King's Hawaiian, Taylor Farms, Impossible Foods, and General Mills to name a few.
So, what’s our story? Nine years ago, Steve Erich (former CP+B President, who led the agency to “Agency of the Decade” honors by Ad Age and more Cannes Grand Prix wins than any other agency in the world), and Eric Kallman (the mastermind behind the Old Spice campaign everyone still quotes, plus memorable work for Skittles and Coca-Cola) were tired of the traditional agency model. So they built something better.
