“Live to the Beat” is a heart health campaign created to empower Black adults with realistic, manageable steps to reduce their risk of heart disease and stroke—moving away from scare tactics toward encouragement and control. Designed to support the CDC’s Million Hearts® initiative, it promotes small lifestyle changes around movement, nutrition, smoking cessation, and managing key health risks. Through engaging content across social and connected TV, the campaign reached over 120 million people and inspired many to adopt heart-healthy habits tailored to their lives.
